English Breakfast HT 20 pcs
English Breakfast was not originally designed or specially formulated many years ago. Teas were selected mainly based on availability and price, as well as how well they tasted with milk and sugar - just as a typical English person would enjoy them at the start of a busy day.
At the beginning of the 19th century, it consisted primarily of black tea from China. Later, many Britons came to prefer livelier teas from British colonies in India and Ceylon, and after the Second World War, when the colonies gained independence, Africa became the main source of English Breakfast tea for Britain.
It is this history, along with African teas, that forms the inspiration for our HT English Breakfast.
Ingredients: Black Tea.
